Vorige zondag was 'Dag van de Landbouw',
we bezochten de serres van 'Druiven Dewit' in Overijse.
En kochten een grote tros 'Leopold III' druiven,
sappig, krokant en vers ... :-)

Last Sunday was 'the Day of Agriculture',
we visited the greenhouses of 'Druiven Dewit' in Overijse.
And purchased a large bunch of 'Leopold III' grapes,
juicy, crisp and fresh ... :-)

Friday Finds ...

My 'Friday Find' today,
the other day my Flickr / Blog friend Beverly surprised me
with this lovely collage ... so sweet of her !
I want to surprise her too ...

Each year I make these little 'Sedum' arrangements,
I put some flowers in small glasses with a bit of water,
then into little old zinc and terra cotta pots.
I created this image,
using the 'light' texture from my 'Floral Touch' set
and a touch of one of Kim's Overlays ...

Mijn 'Friday Find' vandaag,
onlangs verraste mijn Flickr / Blogvriendin Beverly me
met deze mooie collage ... zo lief van haar !
Ik wil haar ook verrassen ...

Elk jaar maak ik kleine bloemstukjes met Sedum,
ik zet enkele bloemen in kleine glaasjes met een beetje
water, dan in kleine oude zinken- en terracottapotjes.
Ik heb deze afbeelding gemaakt,
met de 'light' textuur van mijn 'Floral Touch' set
en een van Kim's Overlays ...

Gisteren hadden we een daguitstap naar
de Moezel wijnstreek in Duitsland.
We bezochten Bernkastel-Kues, een pittoresk oud stadje,
mooie vakwerkhuizen met mooie vensters
en prachtige bloemen ...

Yesterday we went on a daytrip to
the Mosel wine region in Germany.
We visited Bernkastel-Kues, a picturesque old town,
beautiful gabled timber-frame houses
with pretty windows and gorgeous flowers ...





Mijn man genoot van kaastaart met slagroom ...
ik van een wafel met rode vruchten,
vanilleijs en slagroom :-)
Ook mooi ... en overheerlijk !

My husband enjoyed cheesecake with whipped cream ...
I had a waffle with red fruits,
vanilla ice cream and whipped cream :-)
Pretty too ... and delicious !
