Onze buurman was zijn tuinhuis aan het opruimen
en vroeg of we misschien interesse hadden
voor terracotta potten ...
mijn man wist dat ik heel blij zou zijn
met deze oude schaal :-)
... perfect Wabi-Sabi !

Our neighbour was clearing out his garden shed
and asked if we were interested in getting
some terracotta pots ...
my husband knew I would be very happy
with this old bowl :-)

ik kocht zijn favoriete taart ... met chocolademousse
en witte chocoladeschilfers ...
Bloemetjes van aardbeigeranium ...

Last week it was my husband's birthday,
I bought his favorite cake ... with chocolate mousse
and white chocolate chips on top ...
Strawberry Geranium flowers ...

Be Still 52 - Wabi Sabi

Mijn man vond deze wilde rozen langs de weg,
als achtergrond de onderkant van een oude zinken teil ...

My husband found these wild roses along the roadside,
as background the bottom of an old zinc tub ...





Zo fijn hier terug te zijn ...
We hebben problemen met onze computer gehad,
ik heb geprobeerd ze zelf op te lossen
maar heb de computer tenslotte weggebracht voor reparatie ...
iets met de harde schijf,
alles moest terug geïnstalleerd worden.

So nice to be back ...
We've had computer problems,
tried to fix them myself
but eventually had to bring our computer in for repair ...
they had to reinstall everything
because of hard disk problems.
